The foundation is committed to improving the socio-economic status of women through various initiatives focused on education, skill development, health, safety, and overall welfare.
Our programs cater to the needs of marginalized and underprivileged women, offering vocational training, career counseling, health awareness, self-defense training, and awareness sessions on women’s rights. We strive to create opportunities that help women unlock their potential and contribute meaningfully to society.
The organization is officially registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860, on 14th October 2024, with registration number ALL/04984/2024-25. This legal recognition solidifies our commitment to empowering women and supporting their overall development.

Our Projects
Project Pragati aims to empower women and girls by focusing on four key areas that ensure their holistic development and well-being. This project will be implemented across schools, colleges, and communities to address the most pressing challenges faced by women and girls.
Project Jagriti focuses on empowering individuals across Uttar Pradesh through comprehensive POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) and POCSO (Protection of Children from Sexual Offenses) training.
The Kaushalika Program aims to empower women and girls by providing them with various skill development training. Under this program, women identify their talents and are taught skills that are useful in various industries, enabling them to become self-reliant and improve their financial status.

Be A Part Of Mahila Sashaktikaran Foundation™
Volunteering is open to all, whether in person or online, and can be done at your own pace. There are no fixed commitments required, and while volunteering is its own reward, a stipend will be provided as per policy rules. Volunteers also have the chance to make a meaningful impact by contributing to various initiatives and programs.
Internships are open to anyone who can commit to a minimum duration, whether working on-site or online. Upon completing the agreed duration, all interns will receive a certificate. We offer a variety of internship positions, providing valuable opportunities for growth and learning.
Membership is available for individuals who wish to support the foundation's mission. To become a general member, individuals are required to make a one-time payment. For lifetime membership, a one-time payment is also applicable. Additionally, members have the opportunity to sponsor programs related to women empowerment, creating a lasting and meaningful impact through their contribution.
