He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Applications (BCA) from Allahabad University and a Master’s in Political Science. With over six years of service in the Uttar Pradesh Police, he has excelled in key roles such as CCTNS (Crime and Criminal Tracking Network System) Head, ensuring efficient operations, and leading cybercrime investigations across various police stations in Varanasi. Currently, Ajay is contributing his expertise to the University of Allahabad, focusing on academic and administrative excellence. His commitment to innovation, problem-solving, and leadership makes him a valuable member of the advisory team.

Prof. Naman Dubey
Prof. Naman Dubey is an accomplished academic in the field of Human Resources, currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Human Resource Management at FLAME University. He holds a PhD in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management from the Indian Institute of Management Shillong and Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Psychology from the University of Prayagraj. Prof. Dubey’s research focuses on employer branding, with a specialization in crafting Employee Value Propositions (EVPs) to strengthen organizational brand identity. His PhD work involved analyzing Glassdoor reviews to identify key determinants of employer branding across various sectors and developing actionable frameworks like the Importance, Status, and Discord (ISD) model. He has published extensively in reputed journals and presented his findings at national and international conferences. His broader research interests include psychometrics, hybrid work structures, and deriving insights from unstructured data. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer in a leading IT consultancy in Bangalore, he brings over six years of expertise in System Administration, Network DDI Management, and Network Security.
