A Gold Medalist in Master of Commerce (M.Com) from Rani Durgavati Vishwavidyalaya and a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) graduate, she combines academic excellence with a passion for social change.
With extensive experience in education and social work, Ms. Singh has spearheaded initiatives focused on women’s skill development, economic independence, health, and safety. Under her leadership, the foundation has organized impactful workshops and awareness programs, especially in rural areas, partnering with government and NGOs to provide resources like vocational training and legal aid.
Ms. Singh is a strong proponent of women’s leadership, mentoring and inspiring women to take on roles of influence and drive social change. Her vision and dedication continue to transform lives, fostering a society where women are empowered, educated, and equipped to lead.

His leadership is pivotal in steering the foundation’s efforts toward empowering women and fostering inclusive and equitable communities.
An MBA in Human Resources, Mr. Gaharwar is a certified expert in POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) and Training of Trainers (TOT). His specialization in workplace diversity, gender sensitivity, and compliance underscores his ability to design and deliver impactful training programs. With a strong command over administrative management, team coordination, and strategic operations, he ensures the seamless execution of the foundation’s initiatives.
Mr. Gaharwar’s extensive expertise extends to managing diverse teams, organizing large-scale training workshops, and implementing systems that enhance operational efficiency. His dedication to promoting respect, inclusivity, and empowerment reflects his unwavering commitment to creating safe and supportive environments for women. Drawing on her academic background in B.Sc, M.Sc, and B.Ed, she combines strong subject knowledge with a deep understanding of pedagogy to design learning-focused initiatives for girls and women. As a committed social worker, Ms. Gaharwar actively engages with communities, motivates women to participate in training and awareness programs, and supports them in accessing opportunities for education and livelihoods. Holding an Integrated MCA from IGNOU along with BCA and CIC qualifications, With a strong commitment to hard work, honesty, and professional excellence, Mr. Singh's dual role as Treasurer and educator strengthens the Foundation's ability to deliver sustainable social enterprises, training programs, and community upliftment efforts. His creative interests in poem writing, story writing, and meaningful cinema reflect a sensitive outlook towards society, aligning with the Foundation’s mission of building a more aware, confident, and empowered environment for women and youth.
